MAXIFLEX IS A REVIEW PROGRAM THAT MAXIMIXES FLEXIBILITY ON COST AND TIME WHILE MAXIMIZING QUALITY!

I. Concepts review is the first component of the program. It is designed for career nurses in foreign countries other than the US who need a comprehensive refresher course in the core competencies of nursing in the USA.. The program will run through the various concepts of nursing and skills that will enable you to improve your recall on all the basic essential nursing knowledge. There are more elaborate discussion on concepts and application of cultural diversity, pharmacology and nursing implication for laboratory and diagnostic procedures.

II. Test taking strategy is the second component of the program. This stage provides you with useful tools to sharpen your comprehension and application skills that will help you pass the CGFNS / NCLEX examinations.

III. Comprehensive test-taking is the third component of the program. This is the stage where we combine the concepts and test-taking strategies together and further sharpen your critical thinking skills. It will increase your prospects of success in taking the NCLEX and CGFNS test.
Group and individualized coaching on how the answers are arrived at are given after the exercises. Individual recommendation for supplemental reading and exercises are given as you advance in the program. This makes certain that the candidates meet all their needs in the learning process and are given proper attention.
